Terms & Conditions of nos26

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. All other capitalized terms not defined in this section shall have the meanings attributed to them where they first appear in this document.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any Service on nos26. This age threshold reflects the standard applied to online gaming participation in the Indonesian market. nos26 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by minors. Any Account found to have been opened by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all associated funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

nos26 primarily serves players based in Indonesia, including residents of Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Bali, Semarang, Makassar, Palembang, and all other Indonesian provinces and regions. It is each Member's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using nos26 complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. nos26 does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gaming is specifically prohibited by law.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold a maximum of one (1) active Account on nos26. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the platform.

2.4 Personal Use Only

Accounts may only be used by the registered Member for personal entertainment purposes. Opening, operating, or wagering on an Account on behalf of a third party — including friends, family members, or business associates — is strictly prohibited.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access nos26 Services, you must complete the registration form accurately and in full. The information you provide must be true, current, and complete at all times. nos26 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.

3.2 Required Information

During registration, you will be required to provide the following information at minimum:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID)
• Date of birth (confirming you are 21 years or older)
• Valid Indonesian mobile phone number
• Valid email address
• Bank account details matching your registered identity (required for withdrawals)
• A chosen username and secure password

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. nos26 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must contact our support team immediately via live chat. nos26 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access caused by a Member's failure to maintain credential security.

3.4 Accurate Information

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a serious breach of these Terms. nos26 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, with all associated balances subject to review and potential forfeiture pending investigation.

4 KYC Verification

4.1 Verification Requirement

Before nos26 processes any withdrawal request, Members are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process is mandatory for all Members without exception and is designed to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.

4.2 Documents Required

The standard KYC documentation package includes:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport.
• Proof of Age: Satisfied by the same identity document noted above, clearly showing your date of birth.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph of your bank account statement or e-wallet account confirming the account is registered in your name.

4.3 Processing Time

nos26 aims to complete standard KYC review within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents. During periods of high verification volume or where additional due diligence is required, this period may be extended. Members will be notified of their verification status via the email address registered to their Account.

4.4 Ongoing Verification

nos26 reserves the right to request updated or additional documentation from any Member at any time, including but not limited to requests triggered by unusual account activity, large withdrawal requests, or changes to a Member's registered banking details.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

nos26 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian banking and digital payment channels:

• Major Banks: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no standard maximum deposit limit for regular Members; however, nos26 reserves the right to apply deposit caps on specific accounts as part of its responsible gaming or risk management protocols.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via supported Indonesian bank transfer or e-wallet are credited to a Member's Account balance instantly upon confirmation of receipt by nos26's payment processing system. nos26 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking intermediaries or periods of scheduled bank maintenance.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal requests are processed daily between 10:00 and 22:00 WIB. Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next available processing window. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal is approved:

• The Member's KYC verification must be fully completed and approved.
• The withdrawal must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own name — third-party transfers are not permitted.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied in full before real-money funds derived from bonus activity can be withdrawn.
• The Account must be in good standing with no active investigation or suspension flag.

5.5 Withdrawal Processing Time

Standard withdrawals are processed on the same business day when the request is submitted within the daily processing window (10:00–22:00 WIB). VIP Members with priority withdrawal status benefit from expedited processing. nos26 targets a maximum processing time of four (4) hours for standard requests and one (1) hour for VIP requests during the processing window.

5.6 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals on nos26 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). nos26 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any conversion costs associated with a Member's personal banking arrangements are the Member's sole responsibility.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

nos26 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable rollover multiplier will be clearly stated on each promotion page. nos26 reserves the right to void bonus winnings where wagering requirements have not been satisfied in full.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. nos26 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. The following conditions may affect bonus eligibility:

• Each bonus may be claimed once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Members found to be exploiting bonuses through coordinated betting patterns, arbitrage strategies, or multi-accounting will have their bonus privileges permanently revoked and associated balances may be forfeited.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified on the promotion. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Account balance.

6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds are ring-fenced within a Member's Account and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only real-money winnings generated from wagering with Bonus Funds — after wagering requirements have been fully met — are eligible for withdrawal as real-money balance.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets placed on nos26 are subject to the specific rules of the market in which they are placed, as well as the general sportsbook rules published on the platform. nos26 covers a comprehensive range of sports markets including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup qualifiers, Piala AFF, badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire).

7.2 Accepted and Void Bets

A bet is only confirmed and binding once nos26's system has issued a bet confirmation reference number. Bets placed during system errors, during a period of incorrect odds display, or on events that are subsequently abandoned may be voided at nos26's discretion. In the event a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the Member's Account balance.

7.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension and price updates at any time during an event. nos26 reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or re-price in-play markets without notice. Bets accepted prior to a price update will be honoured at the odds confirmed at the time of acceptance.

7.4 Casino and Slot Games

All casino table games, live dealer games, and slot titles available on nos26 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by internationally recognized third-party testing agencies. Game outcomes are statistically random and no strategy, system, or method can guarantee a win. nos26 is not liable for outcomes in games of chance.

7.5 Traditional Games

nos26 offers togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting betting) markets. These games are governed by their own specific rule sets, draw schedules, and payout structures, which are published on the relevant product pages within the platform.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nos26 platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or operating an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the nos26 platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or wagering based on information not publicly available.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or mis-priced odds — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players on the platform, including at live casino tables.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or any purpose other than genuine personal entertainment.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any part of the nos26 platform infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward nos26 staff or other Members via any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the nos26 platform — including but not limited to the nos26 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, odds data, promotional materials, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of nos26 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants Members any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any nos26 content without the express prior written consent of nos26 or the relevant rights holder.

Third-party game content (including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is used by nos26 under valid licensing agreements.

10 Responsible Gaming

nos26 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming. 11 Privacy & Data

By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. nos26 operates with 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform pages and employs industry-standard data security measures to protect Member information.

12 Limitations of Liability

12.1 Platform Availability

nos26 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability (targeting 99.9% uptime) but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its Services. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or circumstances beyond nos26's reasonable control.

12.2 Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nos26 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from a Member's use of or inability to use the nos26 platform, regardless of whether nos26 was advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall nos26's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day calendar period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Force Majeure

nos26 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, internet infrastructure failures, telecommunications outages, or civil unrest.

13 Termination

13.1 Termination by nos26

nos26 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that a Member has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other Members. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, nos26 may forfeit some or all of the funds in the Account.

13.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Members who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting the nos26 support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any real-money Balance (above the minimum withdrawal threshold of Rp 100,000) will be refunded to the Member's verified withdrawal method, subject to all outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds having been completed or waived.

13.3 Survival of Obligations

Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitations of liability, prohibited conduct, and governing law shall survive the termination or expiry of these Terms and continue to bind both parties.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law as applied by nos26's licensing jurisdiction. The parties agree to submit any unresolved dispute to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in the English language.

Nothing in this clause affects the statutory rights of Members as consumers under applicable Indonesian consumer protection legislation, to the extent those rights cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

15 Amendments

nos26 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via the email address registered to their Account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform. Continued use of the nos26 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. Members who do not accept revised Terms should close their Account before the stated effective date of the changes.

The current version of these Terms is always accessible at nos26.cam/terms-conditions and is identified by the effective date shown at the top of this document.
